1. Shipping Coverage

R.H. ON-NET ENTERPRISE ("RH ON NET") ships across India. We deliver to all major metro cities, tier 2 and tier 3 cities, and most PIN codes across the country through our trusted logistics partners.

Serviceability to specific PIN codes may vary. If we are unable to deliver to your PIN code, we will inform you at the time of order confirmation and offer alternative arrangements where possible.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Note: These are estimated timelines from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, and local restrictions.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹2,000: Free shipping across India.
  • Orders below ₹2,000: Shipping charges will be calculated based on destination PIN code and order weight. Exact charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number and courier partner details via WhatsApp or email. You can track your shipment in real-time using the courier partner's tracking page.

5. Packaging

All products are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition. Sarees and garments are packed in breathable cloth covers where applicable. Accessories are packed in protective pouches or boxes.

6. Damage or Loss in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or if you suspect tampering, please:

  1. Do not accept the delivery if exterior packaging is visibly damaged.
  2. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at +91-99037 40814 (WhatsApp) or support@rhonnet.in.
  3. Share photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

We will investigate the issue with our logistics partner and arrange for a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability after multiple delivery attempts, or refusal at delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
