How do I place an order on RH ON NET?+
Browse our collections, select the product you like, and click "Enquire on WhatsApp" to connect directly with our team. We'll confirm product availability, size, and arrange the order. Full e-commerce checkout with online payment is coming soon.
Can I order multiple items at once?+
Absolutely! Send us your wishlist via WhatsApp or email, and we'll bundle your order together. This also helps you save on shipping costs.
Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?+
Yes, we do consider bulk orders for certain categories, especially sarees and kurta sets. Please contact us via email at support@rhonnet.in with your requirements for a custom quote.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you deliver?+
We deliver pan-India through trusted logistics partners. We cover all major cities, tier 2/3 cities, and most PIN codes across the country.
How long does delivery take?+
Metro cities: 3-5 business days. Tier 2/3 cities: 5-8 business days. Remote areas: 7-12 business days. We'll share tracking details once your order is dispatched.
What are the shipping charges?+
Shipping charges depend on your location and order weight. Orders above ₹2,000 qualify for free shipping. Exact charges will be communicated before order confirmation.
Can I track my order?+
Yes! Once dispatched, we'll share a tracking number and courier partner details via WhatsApp or email. You can track your order in real-time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy page for complete details.
How do I initiate a return?+
Contact us via WhatsApp (+91-99037 40814) or email (support@rhonnet.in) within 7 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return. We'll arrange a reverse pickup.
Can I exchange a product for a different size?+
Yes, size exchanges are available subject to stock. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll process the exchange at no additional cost.
Sizing & Products
How do I find my right size?+
Each product page lists available sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL). If you're unsure, send us your measurements via WhatsApp and our team will recommend the best size for you. Sarees and stoles are typically free size.
Are product colors accurate in the photos?+
We photograph all products in natural lighting for the most accurate color representation. However, slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, monitor calibrations, and lighting conditions. This is especially true for handloom and naturally dyed products.
Are your products handmade?+
Many of our products — including handloom sarees, Chikankari kurtas, Dokra jewelry, and block-printed items — are handmade or handcrafted by artisans. This means each piece has subtle variations that make it unique.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?+
Currently, we accept payments via UPI, bank transfer, and select digital wallets. Full online payment gateway integration (Razorpay) is coming soon. All details will be shared during order confirmation.
Is it safe to pay online?+
Yes. We do not store any payment details. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels. Your financial information is never shared with us directly.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?+
COD is available for select PIN codes and order values. Please check with our team during order confirmation for COD availability in your area.
