Returns & Exchange Policy

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, contact us within this period via WhatsApp (+91-99037 40814) or email (support@rhonnet.in).

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact
  • Free from any stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or alterations
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or order reference

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" or "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products that have been altered, tailored, or customized after delivery
  • Products with removed tags, missing packaging, or signs of use
  • Gift cards and vouchers

4. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are available subject to stock availability. To request an exchange:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details.
  2. We will arrange a reverse pickup for the original product.
  3. Once received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement at no additional shipping cost.

If the requested size or variant is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For UPI/bank transfer orders, refunds will be credited to the source account.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank details when initiating the return.

Note: Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product sent by us.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with:

  • Your order number
  • Photographs of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or process a full refund (including shipping charges) at your preference.

7. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and arrange a reverse pickup within 2-3 business days.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
  5. Hand over the package to the pickup agent.
